With the coming of spring, and this being an important election year, I have noticed many invisible politicians popping up at events and rallies recently, and definitely not like in previous years.  That could be that all the Big Democrats feel a wee bit threatened this year.  So out come the game faces and the smiles and all the bloviating about the things they have done.

I am rest assured that the voters are catching on to these phony tactics.  But the Republicans and conservatives really need to capitalize on the golden opportunity to send all of our Big D's on their swan song by helping to get them voted out.  Abandoning districts and not cultivating candidates to oppose the Big D's only serves to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Most of these Big D's say and do things that can easily be viewed as nonsense.  When they march in gay rights parades scampering for votes, they may get the 1% they were looking for, but we could easily turn around and be gobbling up the silent majority because our values are theirs.

I have learned much in the past 2 years, but the way to alter the landscape is not to water their tree but to shake them from it.  Trying to work with the Big D's on being more conservative is a waste of time and effort, so putting the R's in will level the playing field and bring a fresh breath of air.
